Well, I have been working a lot lately, lots of shoots, boudoir, family, engagement and weddings… So over the weekend we decided to take a quick break and visit our family in CA. First, Lodi, then Sacramento and then we took a shot to Kirkwood Ski Resort that is just a hike away from Lake Tahoe
… It was so beautiful, especially since this year Vegas hasn’t seen much snow and we couldn’t get to Mount Charleston for the whole winter season… So for my Russian soul it was like the first breath after coma… Ahhhh…
Lots of emotions to share: cozy family moments by fireplace, beautiful views, amazing company, first ski lessons for most of us there, my 3 y.o. girl had her first ski lesson and coach Steve mentioned that we should watch out for her, since she did SO GOOD! I am so proud of my girl!

On the way back we stopped to soak up an amazing view of Walker Lake, NV:
And then a couple of shots from a big small ghost town that’s around 30 miles from Rhyolite and a short drive to Death Valley, that still has people living there, lots of cool antique stores, I guess I slept through the name of it
, but I learned one thing: did you know what are the most important things grocery stores in the wild west advertise most? Bread, milk and wine… I guess that’s all you need…
Well and the last couple of shots from the car![]()

And of course: LOVE to ALL!
Olga
P.S.: for the next couple of days I will have boudoir shoots during the day and LOTS of editing at night, but I will try to take care of my communication (emails and phone calls) as I go…
